Firstly I remember buying this humble 16 year old focus, i needed an auto because of a disability I have following cancer which also put me out of work as I was self employed. Money was very tight but I was determined to get up and go again. Town autos were not only very professional but also agreed to a generous discount due to my circumstances. I year and 5 months later I now live in France with the same car but had lost the original invoice needed to register my car in France, yet again Town autos were there to help and kindly sent me a copy. On my next visit to UK when we can travel again I intend on returning and part exchanging and it will be Town Autos where I will definitely go. Thank you so much! Quality!

Purchase of new car

Came to view a car which is in excellent condition, immaculate inside and out. The staff were very helpful, sat with me and spoke through everything needed. When I went to pick the car up they helped massively with part exchanging my car and helping me take my private plates off the car and get everything sorted with DVLA, I did not have to do anything I sat back and they took care of everything for me. They sorted all the paperwork out and was well organised, even helped my boyfriend with queried he had about a car he was interested buying from elsewhere and gave their opinion and did checks for him off their own back. Couldn’t recommend more and the car is perfect

Lovely guys, very helpful. Bought a car back in November, had a few faults took it back so they could fix it. Kept me in the loop throughout. They did all they could to fix the car but car couldn’t be fix. so offered me an alternative at the same price as the original. Very helpful especially through whats going on at the moment (COVID). I am absolutely delighted with the car - it is even better in real life to the photos - and the photos were comprehensive ! Town Autos has exceeded their customer service expectations. I purchased my car from them last year and unfortunately I experienced a few issues with the car. However, they have proved to be very considerate and understanding in dealing with the problems. They went out their way to assist me in getting my car rectified even though the warranty period had passed. I really appreciate the aftercare service and would highly recommend them.

Started on 1-4-19. Called in to look at a few cars .When I had chosen a few for test drive was greeted by one of the owners who was polite and helpful.Took all cars for a short drive up the road .Spent time looking over them with no hassle or badgering.Later in the week returned and made a purchase. Doing the paperwork was quick and only took about 40mins. All the way through the staff were polite and courteous.I would not hesitate to do further business with them

Great buy

Only buying car that needed repairing as ABS light which was in the ad So price was v/low. But salesman let me rake my time looking over it then give me more money off owing to needed other part. Car now on road and just done 200 mile trip from London to Bradford. Drives like a dream

Very happy with the customer service I received. I bought a car and discovered that it wasn’t suitable for my needs. I contacted the sales team and explained my situation. They had no problem giving me a refund less administration charges or exchanging for another car. I ended up exchanging and paying the difference. Much happier with the 2nd car I bought. More suitable for my needs. Would recommend checking them out as they have cars in all price ranges and good customer service.
